The large hall of the Rabo Esports Stadium has already been the stage for a gala several times. The location offers a number of advantages: the stage and mega-large LED screen with associated light and sound are available as standard. It is also easy to make your event hybrid, so you can also livestream it or even have a complete TV production.

You can also spice up the event with original activities. An anniversary, a fundraising gala and a business party have already been celebrated several times.
The location offers a number of advantages: the stage and mega-large LED screen with associated light and sound are available as standard. It is also easy to make your event hybrid, you can livestream your event or even have a complete TV production. And you can combine your party with gaming activities.
H20 is a campus with more than 12,000 m2 of space for gaming, virtual and augmented reality, esports, new media and tech. With various large and small spaces that can serve different purposes and at the same time an active activity of students, startups and companies, your congress comes to life in the new world. Artists or a DJ can possibly perform on stage. The audio is suitable for the entire stadium.
You can also choose to expand the gala or party with game and VR/AR activities, and the esports lounge café is suitable for receiving VIP guests.
Set up and tear down the gala
We often work with daily rates where the set-up and dismantling day are always cheaper. The following items are already included in the basic rate:
- use of our mainstage including LED screens;
- standard set of stage lights and audio through stadium speakers;
- 1 microphone set (possibility for more);
- technical room with management of technical specialists;
- rent half a hall with the possibility of an event for 400-500 visitors (expansion possible, chairs not included), the entire hall can accommodate 1000+ visitors;
Parking is available (free) in Purmerend near H20, and there is also a train station 600 meters from our location. Depending on the number of guests, there is a possibility of parking attendants.
