H20 Esports Campus Amsterdam is the perfect location for an annual congress or theme congress which, for example, aims to inspire visitors about the next generation or new technology.
Congress location
H20 is a campus with a 12,000 m2 venue for gaming, virtual and augmented reality, esports, new media and tech. With various large and small rooms for breakouts or workshops and at the same time an active activity of students, startups and companies, your congress comes to life in the new world. The Rabo Esports Stadium is really perfect for an exciting plenary presentation. With a large LED screen of 40 m2, no presentation is boring anymore.
You can also choose to make the congress completely unique with game and VR/AR activities. This can be organized freely, but there is also an option for guest speakers, experts and trainers from the world of gaming and esports. Within the campus there is a standard option for event catering, and your congress can even end with a drink in our esports lounge café.
Standard day package
The day package starts at €5,000. The following items are already included in this rate:
- use of our mainstage including LED screens;
- standard set of stage lights and audio through stadium speakers;
- 1 microphone set (possibility for more);
- technical room containing controls;
- rent half a room with the possibility of an event for 400 visitors (expansion possible, chairs not included);
- technical guidance at your event;
Parking is available (free) in Purmerend near H20, and there is also a train station 600 meters from our location. Depending on the number of guests, there is a possibility of parking attendants.
